Position Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:
Communicate with clients to provide information about available products and coverage options
Respond to questions regarding existing benefits, policies, and services
Review individual needs and help identify suitable coverage solutions
Assist members with enrollment procedures and required documentation
Maintain positive relationships through consistent follow-up and professional service
Stay informed about updates to products, programs, and company procedures
Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure a positive client experience
Qualifications & Skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to establish trust and develop professional relationships

Previous customer service, sales, or administrative experience is an asset but not required
