Power Plant Operator
Join a dynamic team responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a power generation facility. As a Power Plant Operator, you will monitor and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems, support maintenance activities, and ensure continuous plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor power plant equipment and systems.
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance.
Support startups, shutdowns, outages, and commissioning activities.
Utilize PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems to monitor operations.
Read and interpret P&IDs, schematics, and technical documents.
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all safety procedures.
Maintain accurate operational and maintenance records.
Qualifications:
3+ years of industrial, power generation, manufacturing, or maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
Knowledge of pumps, generators, HVAC, and industrial equipment.
Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and emergency call-outs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
