ProAmpac is seeking a Press Manager to lead day-to-day printing operations in our flexible packaging plant. In this role, you will oversee multiple presses, ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards, and coordinate schedules to meet customer deadlines. You’ll supervise and develop press operators, manage material usage and changeovers, and quickly resolve printing or mechanical issues. Working closely with maintenance, quality, and scheduling teams, you will drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, and support ProAmpac’s commitment to innovation and sustainable packaging solutions.
