LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk on behalf of our client in Hamilton, Ohio. This first-shift opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience processing vehicle titles, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting administrative and title processing functions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Process vehicle title work, registrations, transfers, and related documentation accurately and efficiently
• Review title paperwork for completeness and compliance with state regulations
• Maintain organized records and filing systems for title documents and supporting paperwork
• Communicate with dealerships, customers, lenders, and government agencies regarding title status and documentation requirements
• Resolve title discrepancies and research missing or inaccurate information
• Enter and update information within internal systems while ensuring data accuracy
• Support additional administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Title Clerk, Automotive Title Specialist, or related administrative role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Ohio vehicle title processing is highly preferred
